Whether you’re planning a big Christmas party, a work wind-up or a casual end-of-year get-together, the Seven Stars is the perfect spot to celebrate.

We know there’s plenty that goes into organising a function and plenty to recover from afterwards! That’s why we’ll take care of the details, so you can relax, enjoy a few drinks, tuck into good pub grub and spend time with your guests.

Going all out? Our private function spaces are ready to make it a night to remember. Keeping things casual? Simply reserve an area for your group and settle in. Whatever the size or style of your celebration, we’ve got options to suit.

Cocktail Parties - Courtyard

Our Courtyard Function Room is our flagship function space and the perfect spot for a private Christmas or end-of-year event.

It’s hot property at this time of year, so we recommend getting in early to avoid disappointment!

A flexible indoor and outdoor space that suits 60 to 150 standing guests, with 80 to 100 guests being the sweet spot. For seated events, it can accommodate 25 to 65 guests.

Our finger food packages start from $16.50 per person, with extra platters available if you want to add a little more to the spread.

We can cater for most dietary requirements and have flexible drink options to suit your event. Not sure what you need? Steph or Tom can help you work it out.

You’re also welcome to decorate, play your own music and display your logo or photos on our screens. We have a microphone available too, if speeches or formalities are on the agenda.

Front Bar, Restaurant & Footpath

Keeping things casual? Our Front Bar, Restaurant and Footpath areas are perfect for groups of up to 50 people.

These spaces are available 7 days a week with no minimum numbers, room hire fees or minimum spend.

Add some finger food, run a bar tab or let everyone grab their own drinks. Easy.

You’ll have a designated area and furniture reserved for your group, although as these aren’t private spaces, you may be sharing the wider area with other Seven Stars guests.

Seated Lunches, Dinners or Events

Our Group á-la-carte menu is packed with pub classics and favourites, with plenty of choice for different tastes and budgets

Groups of 24 or fewer can order from our à-la-carte menu. No pre-ordering, no reduced menu, just good pub food.

Want something a little more special? Our Christmas Set Menu is ideal for groups looking for a two or three course meal.

Big or small, the Seven Stars is the perfect venue for a Christmas / End of Year function.

We understand that a lot of thought, time and effort goes into planning, preparing & recovering from a function; so we do our best to take the stress out of your day / night, allowing you to enjoy yourself and socialise with your guests.

Whether you’re wanting to hire out our a private function space or simply reserve an area for a group of any size, we have options for you.

Cocktail Parties - Courtyard

Our Courtyard Function Room is our flagship function space and is a perfect spot for a private event any day or night of the week. It is hot property at the end of the year so we recommend getting in early to avoid disappointment.

The Courtyard is a flexible indoor and outdoor space that can be suitable for anywhere from 60 to 150 guests depending on availability, although it is ideal for groups of 80 - 100. 

Our Fingerfood packages are $14.50 and $19.50 respectively, and additional platters can be added to bolster your food offering if required. Most, if not all, Dietary needs can be catered for easily and we offer flexible beverage solutions for your event. Feel free to get in touch with Tom who will provide you with some guidance if needed.

You’re welcome to decorate, play your own music and display your corporate logo or images on our screens, plus we have a microphone for any formalities if necessary.

Shared Spaces

Our Front Bar, Restaurant & Footpath areas are perfect for groups of up to 50 to get together and celebrate any occasion. Because they are not private areas they are available 7 days and have no minimum numbers, no room hire fees nor minimum spend requirements. 

As with any other function, finger food is able to be served if required and we can run a tab or guests can buy their own drinks.

These spaces are perfect for more casual get togethers or events on a budget. Depending on what’s booked you may have to share the space with some others but you’ll certainly have a designated area with suitable furniture reserved for your use.

Seated Lunches, Dinners or Events

Firstly, groups of less than 24 are welcome to order off of our full a-la-carte menu. There is no need for pre-ordering or a reduced menu as we comfortably handle groups of this size regularly.

Given the busy time of year, for bigger groups (24 or more) we offer two menu options for End of Year events. 

Group a-la-carte Menu

Our Group a-la-carte menu is a more ‘pubby’ menu containing all your pub classics and favourites. There’s a wide variety of cuisine and prices. You are welcome to offer your guests this entire menu or make a selection from the list that suits your budget and dietary needs. 

This menu is perfect when guests are paying individually or if you’re wanting a quick & casual dining experience.

Christmas Menu

Our Christmas Menu is a more formal dining experience and is ideal for groups wanting two or three courses (or a mixture of both). Great for either a private function booking or a general dining room booking, this menu helps you to celebrate the year in style.

Pre-order Form

In order to ensure food is served in a quick and orderly fashion, with either menu, groups larger than 24 are required to provide a pre-order or notify guests of an alternate drop.

Tomahawk Steak Night

What better way to celebrate the relaxation of restrictions than some socially distanced succulence!

$75 gets you a 1.2kg Angus Pure Tomahawk steak which easily serves two, or one particularly hungry punter. The meat is served carved with house-made chimichurri and your choice of sides. You won’t go home hungry!

Each one of these amazing steaks takes a lot of TLC to cook properly so reservation times are strictly limited! Eating times of 6:30, 7:30 or 8:30 are available so book in quickly to get your preferred timeslot. Your table will be reserved for you all night so even if you’re eating late feel free to come in and enjoy yourself beforehand.

Friday the 20th of December, the Stars is the place to be. Family members will be back in town, work will be breaking up, the sun will be shining and festive cheer will be flowing.
