Customers must sign up as a member before receiving any points/rewards or discounts to ensure that their details are in the system.
Points cannot be allocated retrospectively.
Customers must present their card each time a payment is made in order to accrue points or obtain discounts.
The Seven Stars reserves the right to adjust or cancel the members system at their discretion.
Points are not earned for private functions. Please feel free to discuss a members-only discounted room hire fee with management.
Members are responsible for keeping management up to date with any change to their details.
