Customers must sign up as a member and enter all mandatory details before receiving any points/rewards or discounts.
Mandatory details include: Name, email, birthday and mobile
Points cannot be allocated retrospectively.
It is the Members responsibility to scan their digital card each time a purchase or payment is made in order to accrue points or obtain discounts.
The Seven Stars reserves the right to adjust or cancel the members system at their discretion.
Points are not earned for private functions or group tabs. Please feel free to discuss a members-only discounted room hire fee with management.
Members are responsible for keeping management up to date with any change to their details via the online portal above
To be eligible to enter the monthly giveaway draw, Members must swipe their card at least once during that month.
